Founders
Michael Beindorff | Managing Partner
Michael Beindorff is Managing Partner for BJ Capital Partners, LLC, a privately held firm focused on investing in multi-family properties. Michael is focused on underwriting, capital raising and investor relations. He is an accomplished business leader with 40+ years of diverse leadership experience in public and private board service, general management, marketing, operations, and M & A.
Mr. Beindorff began his career with fifteen years at The Coca-Cola Company where he rose through the ranks to become the senior marketing officer for Coca-Cola USA and the company’s first global director of advertising. Following Coca-Cola, he was recruited to VISA as EVP Marketing, Product and Operations leading a number of key initiatives in that role including the launch of VISA Check Card and e-VISA while being named one of the world’s Power 50 Marketers four years in a row. Subsequently, Michael has served in leadership roles for publicly and privately held organizations as Board member, CEO, COO and as a senior consultant to corporate leaders and boards. He has a strong track record of building and leading disciplined organizational teams, driving rapid, profitable growth and delivering results across diverse business environments both large and small.
Michael's interest in real estate began in earnest in the late 1980’s when he starting purchasing single family income properties. His passion for real estate and extensive business background evolved into his focus with BJ Capital Partners syndicating investments in multi-family properties with the goal of delivering above average returns for his partners and investors. Michael has a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Alabama and an MBA from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He resides in Denver, with his wife and business partners, Sherry, and is a father of three great kids.
Sherry Beindorff | Managing Partner
Sherry Beindorff is Managing Partner for BJ Capital Partners, LLC, a privately held firm focused on investing in multi-family properties. Sherry focuses on sourcing, researching, and acquiring the assets for our team. She a dynamic, strategic thinker with the innate ability to find tactical solutions whenever necessary. Her unparalleled work ethic, intuitive talent for identifying, shaping, and closing deals and her savvy ability to prospect new business, conduct contract negotiations and manage client and investor relationships make her an invaluable asset.
Sherry has served in a variety of roles over thirty years with skills transferable to her current position in multi-family syndication. With a passion for all things related to real estate, Sherry is a highly awarded Luxury Realtor® in Colorado where she provides home buyers and sellers with responsive and customized real estate solutions while mitigating the risks in today’s fast-moving and complex market. Previously, Sherry was Senior Vice President of Business Development for Millsport, a full-service Sports Marketing agency, where she was responsible for all aspects of sponsorship development, negotiation, marketing, promotion, and on-site event management for Fortune 100 companies, the Super Bowl, the Olympics, and the Kentucky Derby among many others. She has also held senior roles in other organizations as SVP Strategic Partnerships, a Principal Consultant and Senior Account Executive.
Throughout her career whether dealing with CEO’s or customers, investors or lenders, tenants or owners, Sherry has earned the respect, trust and admiration of everyone she comes into contact with. Sherry graduated from the University of New York at Buffalo with a dual business administration degree in Marketing and Finance. Today she resides in Greenwood Village, CO with her husband and business partner, Michael, her son Hunter, and her daughter Peyton.

Anna Jensen | Asset Manager
Anna brings over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily asset and fund management. She has partnered in the development and operations of over $894M in real-estate and over $87M in multi-project capital oversight for new development, stabilized and retrofit investments. Anna prides herself on her exceptional operational excellence as a trusted consultant while developing goals and process improvements resulting in effective returns and cross functional initiatives. Her collaborative and analytical due diligence for business acquisitions and multi-million-dollar client pitches have resulted in strategic and successful investment takeovers, which continue to provide elevated returns for her investors. She believes that true returns are based on who is behind the deal and has the passion, experience and integrity needed for success. Anna enjoys having a positive impact on families through effectively managed housing communities.
Alessandro Valente | Construction Management
Alessandro is a senior construction manager and building consultant. He possesses an extensive background in design peer and construction documents reviews, quality assurance observations, forensic analysis, construction defect remediation design, construction material performance testing and property condition assessments for residential, commercial and government projects on new construction and existing buildings. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish with past experience in hotel management and a passion for real estate investments.
Within his clientele are investors, real estate developers, architects, general contractors and property owners, where he collaborates creating projects drawings, specification manuals, reviewing construction documents as well as the supervision of internal staff and subcontractors to ensure the highest quality is achieved for the success of the project.
